OFFICE: The office will not be open any Saturday in January 2011. The second Saturday of each month will continue starting February 2011.
BILLING: Carlisle Square now has a website starting January 1st 2011. You can view your account, Newsletters and Minutes online. Our web address is www.carlislesquare.org. To register your account to view your balances and billing use your unit number and billing zip code as the security key. For example if your unit is A-01 and your billing zip code is 87121 you’d enter A-0187121. You can not pay your bills online as of yet but we are hoping to add that in the future. With this you can elect to not receive paper bills in the mail.
PARKING: Reminder, if you are parked in a NUMBERED space without a parking permit your car will be towed. Our towing company is Macy’s Towing. Contact them at 250-0295 if your car is towed or if someone is parked in your space.
PEST CONTROL: Real Pest Control is her on the second Friday of each month. This month is on January 14, 2011. If you would like your unit to be sprayed contact the office. You will need to be home for your unit to be sprayed. Please allow time from 10:00am to noon.
CLUBHOUSE: Security cameras have just been installed in the Clubhouse. This will remove the guess work if any damages are done and only the person(s) responsible for any damages will be charged. If the person(s) causing the damage are using someone else’s card, the owner of the card will be charged for damages.
